HIVELAB stated that, as part of the digital innovation project carried out in celebration of HDC Group’s 50th anniversary, it strengthened digital branding by undertaking website development and operations, as well as overall platform improvements. The project was driven to reflect the group’s new brand identity and mid- to long-term strategy.

This revamp went beyond a simple website renewal, focusing on UX/UI redesign and a content-centric structural reorganization to strengthen brand communication competitiveness. HIVELAB improved user experience across both web and mobile and established a digital foundation that enables consistent delivery of the group’s business strategy and brand messaging.

HIVELAB set “completing a content-driven user experience” as the core direction, applying image- and video-based interactions as well as motion design alongside an increased emphasis on visual content. It also reorganized the information architecture (IA) with consideration for accessibility across different user types and established a responsive environment to deliver optimized experiences across various devices. Additionally, it improved the navigation flow for corporate and property sales information, and enhanced brand immersion by introducing storytelling-based pages.

In particular, the integration of digital experiences across major affiliates was achieved. HIVELAB completed the development of the “Seoul One” brand site in November 2024, and in March 2026 simultaneously launched renewed official websites for ‘IPARK’ and ‘HDC Holdings’. The corporate website of IPARK Hyundai Development Company is also scheduled to be unveiled in July, reflecting the new brand direction.

In addition, HIVELAB has been continuously supporting the operation of major brand websites including IPARK, IPARK Hyundai Development Company, HDC Holdings, the Pony Chung Foundation, and Seoul One since 2023. It has also participated in the development and operation of property sales teaser and grand sites, delivering consistent user experience.

From an infrastructure perspective, HIVELAB has been gradually migrating HDC Group’s key digital assets to the AWS cloud environment since 2024, while also taking charge of server operations and maintenance. Through this, it has enhanced site performance and stability and established a structure that can flexibly support future service expansion.

In addition, HIVELAB applied the latest technologies, including AI-based image and video content generation, search engine optimization (SEO), compliance with web standards and accessibility, and improvements in loading speed and rendering performance. Through a modular architecture design, it implemented a structure that facilitates functional scalability and service advancement, contributing to the establishment of a sustainable digital environment.

Seo Jong Hyuk, CEO of HIVELAB, stated “This project represents an end-to-end digital branding case that spans development, operations, and infrastructure,” adding, “We will continue to strengthen the digital competitiveness of HDC Group based on a new brand experience and technology foundation.”

Meanwhile HIVELAB plans to continue supporting the operation of online services and new digital projects for major affiliates, based on its ongoing collaboration with HDC Group.
